As someone actively working to acquire a small business, I realized that existing tools were either too complex and expensive for individual use, or too simple to handle the real challenges of deal management. I needed something that could help me track multiple deals, assess risks systematically, model financials accurately, and manage relationships with brokers and sellers - all in one place.
